House-Keeping

   Daily the entire apartment will be cleaned.

   Twice a week Bed sheets and pillow covers will be changed.

   Curtains will be washed or dry cleaned twice a month (or if required thrice a month)

Maintenance

   Entire interiors maintenance and repairs will be carried out as and when required.
   Electricity and common maintenance bills and taxes will be borne by us.

Security

   Every apartment is equipped with state-of art security system.
   A security guard is also provided 24 hours for each building
